#19 Abubakar Mutaliev (RUS) beat #16 Islam Bazarganov (AZE) to win the Shamil Umakhanov Memorial and move up three spots in the rankings to #16 while Bazarganov falls one spot to #17. Roman Bravo Young (MEX) won the Korea Open over Fuga Susaki (JPN) with Ban Sawatani (JPN) taking bronze. #8 Akhmed Idrisov (RUS) beat Ali Momeni (IRI) at PWL 7. Chongsong Han (PRK) won the Military World Championships over Munkh Erdene Dawaabandi (MGL) with Shubhan (IND) and Mahdi Veisi (IRI) taking bronze.

#5 Abasgadzhi Magomedov (RUS) moved back up to 65 KG where he failed to place at the Shamil Umakhanov Memorial after a quarterfinal loss to eventual bronze medalist #12 (65) Eldar Akhmadudinov (RUS). Magomedov takes the #13 spot at 65 KG.

#16 Artem Gobaev (RUS) won the Soslan Andiev Memorial over Magomed Sebedinov (RUS) with Georgi Sokurov (RUS) and Alikhan Ashinov (RUS) taking bronze. #20 Tamerlan Karaev (RUS) won the Kadi Abakarov Memorial over Magomedamin Arslanbekov (RUS) with Magomedrasul Dagirov (RUS) and Dzhabrail Gairbekov (RUS) taking bronze. Ramazan Ferzaliev (RUS) won the Shamil Umakahnov Memorial over Dalgat Adulkadyrov (RUS) with Eldar Akhmadudinov (RUS) and Aripgadzhi Abdulaev (RUS) taking bronze. Eldar Akhmadudinov (RUS) makes a big debut in the rankings at #12 for beating #5 (61) Abasgadzhi Magomedov (RUS), this year’s Russian Nationals runner-up at 65 KG, in the quarterfinals. Boburjon Berdiyorov (UZB) won the Bill Farrell Memorial over Ruben Calderon (USA) with Jason Luneau (CAN) taking bronze. 2023 65 KG Senior World bronze medalist #5 Shamil Mamedov (RUS) moves up three spots to #2 for beating Paris Olympic silver medalist #2 Rahman Amouzad (IRI) at PWL 7.

Andranik Avetisyan (ARM) won the Military World Championships over Jin Kim Kyang (PRK) with Dzhambulat Kizinov (RUS) and Mohammad Palangvari (IRI) taking bronze. Bilol Sharip Uulu (KGZ) won the Korea Open over #10 (61) Tsogbadrakh Tseevensuren (MGL) with Junsik Yun (KOR) and Shinosuke Suwama (JPN) taking bronze. #9 Naachyn Kuular (KAZ) tech falled 2019 61 KG U23 World Champion Ulukbek Zholdoshbekov (KGZ) 15-4 in their match at Wrestling Stars III.

#9 Evgheni Zherbaev (RUS) and #17 Ramazan Ramazanov (BUL) both made the full move up to 74 KG and have been removed from the rankings.

Elroy Perkin II (USA) won the Bill Farrell Memorial over Adam Thomson (CAN) with Mirzo Khayitov (UZB) taking bronze.

Jandeep (IND) won the Military World Championships over Hossein Hosseini (IRI) with Fazli Eryilmaz (TUR) and Hrayr Alikanyan (ARM) taking bronze. #13 Aghanazar Novruzov (AZE) won the Wrestling Stars 74 KG tournament over Mirzo Khayitov (UZB) with #14 Anzor Zakuev (RUS) taking bronze. #4 (70) Yoshinosuke Aoyagi (JPN) won the Korea Open over Orozobek Toktomambetov (KGZ) with Jieken Jianitoba (CHN) and Hikaru Tikata (JPN) taking bronze.

Evan Wick (USA) won the Billl Farrell Memorial over Kennedy Monday (USA) with Joey LaVallee (USA) taking bronze.

#8 Akhmed Usmanov (RUS) won the Shamil Umakhanov Memorial over #6 Abdulkerim Abdulaev (RUS) with #7 Kasum Kasumov (RUS) and Malamagomed Gamzatov (RUS) taking bronze. #8 Akhmed Usmanov (RUS) moves up six spots to #2 for winning the Umakhanov over Abdulaev, who beat #7 Kasumov in the semis, who beat Usmanov in September at the Khadartsev Brothers Memorial along with #5 Magomed Magomaev (RUS) upset loss to #18 Mehdi Yousefi (IRI) at PWL7.

#18 Mehdi Yousefi (IRI) climbs up ten spots to #8 for beating Senior World runner-up #5 Magomed Magomaev (RUS) at PWL7. #5 Magomed Magomaev (RUS) falls four spots to #9 for his loss to #8 Mehdi Yousefi (IRI). #14 Suldkhuu Olanbayar (MGL) won the Military World Championships over Mokhamad Nasirkhaev (RUS) with Chandermohan (IND) and Arman Avagyan (ARM) taking bronze.

Azamat Khadzaragov (RUS) won the Soslan Andiev Memorial over Ramazan Bulatov (RUS) with Alan Naifonov (RUS) and Zaurbek Tigiyev (RUS) taking bronze. Marcus Coleman (USA) won the Bill Farrell Memorial over Clay Lautt (USA) with Aaron Ayzerov (ISR) taking bronze. Ali Nurov (RUS) won the Kadi Abakarov Memorial over Shamil Aliyev (RUS) with Murad Magomedov (RUS) and Omar Shakhrudinov (RUS) taking bronze.

#14 Magomed Nurov (RUS) won the Shamil Umakhanov Memorial over Mohammad Noruzian (IRI) with Ada Bagomedov (RUS) and Timur Gulmagomedov (RUS) taking bronze. Mohammad Noruzian (IRI) debuts in the rankings at #15 for beating Russian Nationals runner-up #16 Malik Shavaev (RUS) to make the finals of the Umakhanov Memorial. #12 Arslan Bagaev (RUS) won the Military World Championships over Rakhim Magamadov (FRA) with Ilya Khamtsou (BLR) and Rustem Myrzagaliyev (KAZ) taking bronze. Gwanuk Kim (KOR) won the Korea Open over Jumabieke Abaiyi (CHN) with Bumgue Seo (KOR) and Jumabai Aergen (CHN) taking bronze.

Two-time 92 KG Senior World champion #3 (86) Kamran Ghasempour (IRI) made his return to 86 KG for his match at PWL 7 against Senior Russian Nationals champion #11 Ibragim Kadiev (RUS) which he won 8-5. Ghasempour takes the #4 spot in the rankings at 86 KG behind Paris Olympic silver medalist #3 Hassan Yazdani (IRI) who beat Ghasempour in the finals of Iranian Olympic Trials in 2021. Ghasempour holds two U23 world titles in 2018 and 2019 at 86 KG.

Two-time Senior world bronze medalist #7 Azamat Dauletbekov (KAZ) has moved up to 92 KG where he finished runner-up to Russian National Champion #7 (92) Alan Bagaev (RUS). Dauletbekov takes the #3 spot in the 92 KG rankings while Bagaev has the #2 spot, which is explained in further details in the 92 KG rankings breakdown.

Khaibula Gyulmagomedov (RUS) won the Kadi Abakarov Memorial over Kamil Abdulkadirov (RUS) with Abdulmuslim Timirbulatov (RUS) and Akhmed Bagavudinov (RUS) taking bronze. Russian Nationals bronze medalist Mukhammad-Takhir Khaniev (RUS) won the Shamil Umakhanov Memorial over Yusup-Khadzhi Aidayev (RUS) with Amirreza Daliri (IRI) and Adam Anzorov (RUS) taking bronze.

This along with the results of Wrestling Stars III caused a big shakeup in the top 5 of 92 KG. #14 Amirhossein Firouzpour (IRI) moves up eleven spots to #3 for beating #5 (97) Magomed Kurbanov (RUS) along with a win from the 2023 Commonwealth Cup over #12 Azamat Zakuev (RUS). #7 Alan Bagaev (RUS) moves up five spots to #2 based off his win over two-time 86 KG Senior World bronze medalist #4 Azamat Dauletbekov (KAZ) at Wrestling Stars III along with his past win over #4 Amirhossein Firouzpour (IRI) in the semifinals of the 2023 Commonwealth Cup. #5 (97) Magomed Kurbanov (RUS) takes the #8 spot in the rankings due to his losses this year to #3 Amirhossein Firouzpour (IRI) and #7 Arsenali Musalaliev (RUS).

#5 Magomed Kurbanov (RUS) cut back down to 92 KG where he lost to two-time U23 World Champion #14 (92) Amirhossein Firouzpour (IRI) at PWL-7 and is currently ranked eighth at 92 KG. Firouzpour jumped up eleven spots to #3 for his win over Kurbanov.

Kilab Musayev (RUS) won the Soslan Andiev Memorial over Marat Zinikoev (RUS) with Irbeg Tavgazov (RUS) and Magomed Aliyev (RUS) taking bronze. Omar Ziyautdinov (RUS) won the Kadi Abakarov Memorial over Islam Gaidarov (RUS) with Ramazan Gadzhimuradov (RUS) and Shamil Umarov (RUS) taking bronze. #3 Kyle Snyder (USA) won the Bill Farrell Memorial over Michael Macchiavello (USA) with Jay Aiello (USA) taking bronze.

Shamil-Imam Gadzhialiev (RUS) won the Shamil Umakhanov Memorial over Gadzhimagomed Tazhudinov (RUS) with Ramazan Shakhbanov (RUS) and Aslan Abakarov (RUS) taking bronze. #9 Mojtaba Goleij (IRI) tech falled Russian Nationals bronze medalist Bady-Maadry Samdan (RUS) 11-1 at PWL 7. 2023 65 KG Senior World bronze medalist Shamil Mamedov (RUS) is back in the pound for pound rankings at #17 for beating 65 KG Olympic runner-up #18 Rahman Amouzad (IRI) at PWL 7. 2023 79 KG Senior World Championion Akhmed Usmanov (RUS) ascends back to the top of Russia at 79 KG and takes the #22 spot in the pound for pound rankings with Senior world runner-up Magomed Magomaev (RUS) falling to U23 world champ Mehdi Yousefi (IRI) at PWL and by Usmanov winning the Semenov Cup over #6 (79) Abdulkerim Abdulaev (RUS) after Abdulaev had beaten Kasum Kasumov (RUS) who has a win over Usmanov in September at the Khadartsev Brothers Memorial; Usmanov also holds a win over #23 Mohammad Nokhodi (IRI) from the 2023 Senior World Championships.
